Composed of smooth-muscle cells within a fibrous tissue matrix.
Causes

Pathology
巨檢：
實(shí)性球形結節
有假包膜
切面呈旋渦狀
鏡檢
皺紋狀排列的平滑肌纖維，呈旋渦妝
degeneration
玻璃樣變 hyaline degeneration
囊性變 cystic degeneration
紅色變 red degeneration
肉瘤變 sarcomatous change
鈣化 degeneration with calcification

Symptom
abnormal uterine bleeding
pelvic mass
leukorrhagia
pelvic pain
Pressure and obstructive symptoms
Infertility
Hemorrhagic anemia

Clinical Presentation
體征
與肌瘤的大小、位置、數目有關(guān)。
質(zhì)硬、形不規則的包塊。

Diagnosis
根據癥狀、體征及相應的輔助檢查。
鑒別：1.妊娠子宮
2.卵巢腫瘤
3.子宮腺肌病及腺肌瘤
4.盆腔炎性包塊
5.子宮畸形
